Troubleshooting

HVAC

If any one of the 5 doors to the unit are open, the HVAC thermostat will either show a number code or be off altogether. If you cannot get it to turn on, check that all of these are fully closed:

  1. Master Sliding Door
  2. Living Room Sliding Door
  3. Bedroom 3 Sliding Door to balcony
  4. Bedroom 4 Sliding Door to balcony
  5. Front Door

Televisions

The living room and master bedroom are set up with both a Roku streaming stick and cable TV. Every other bedroom, including the bunk room, has Roku sticks. Use the remote in each room to switch inputs on that TV.

The two TVs in the bunk beds are set up for Bluetooth.

Induction Cooktop

The cooktop will only work with:

  1. A pot or pan designed for induction, or one that is magnetic enough. We have removed pans that do not work — if you purchase one, please verify it is induction-compatible.
  2. The pot or pan must be placed on the element before it will allow you to set a temperature.

The cooktop warms up fast and the surface cools quickly after cooking is done.
